Inventor Support Projects

Recent Announcements

  • Inventor Support Projects
Under Engineering Library, I-Resources see the I-Materials page to download the materials.xml file to enable a full list of materials with flavors of aluminum, steel and more added to the basic materials list provided by Autodesk. Please see the instructions on that page for use of the .xml file.
I am working to revise the materials list for use with Inventor to update it to the latest version but it will take a while to complete

    Team web:
I started working on creating the "Engineering Resources" section of the site in support of general engineering however, after recently learning of the Inventor "Team Web" capability of Inventor and some upcoming enhancements I decided to implement the "I-Team Engineering Resource" page for use directly with Inventor via the "Team Web" application.
To implement the use of the I-Team Web Engineering Resource from my site simply past
in to the "Team Web" entry on the Generals tab in Application Options of your current Inventor installation. This will provide a direct link from Inventor to the engineering data provided there.
The tables still need some editing and I am working to ensure there accuracy to the best of my ability. If you find anything a miss or have a suggestion for an addition or even better yet an excel table that you would like me to add please be sure to let me know.
